As shown in the photo, a lot SSR servants already have max skill levels, including some SR servants which are not shown in the photo.

Golden Sumo and Halloween Princess are level 100.
Story progress at Lostbelt 1, with pseudo-singularity progress at Shimousa. Free quests only done up til Camelot iirc.
Have more than 12000 Mana Prisms and more than 2 mil friend points.
