Sellers who only deal with repped buyers, don't get it

A large number of sellers require payment in a form that can't be reversed, i.e. cash or wu, but also require that the buyer be repped. If there is no way the buyer can reverse the payment, why should the seller care what the buyer's rep is?

I think you got it backwards, it's probably WU /cash if you DON't have rep, that's what I say.

For me to do paypal with anyone they have to be repped and/or TWV.
