Hello, this person, Seller252525 has a new account and gave me a bad feedback just because I didn't accept to do a deal with him, but still tried to help him but didn't manage to find him a customer in the end

he has a new account so I imagine that he just wants to mess with people since he doesn't care about account rating since he has 0 deal ongoing and outgoing. So he gave me a bad feedback and just cut me off as you can see in the end, just to mess with me since I didn't find him a customer.

Issue :
This person gave basically a bad feedback for nothing, and is a new account, even though I did my best for him. Is it possible to cancel this feedback? He is a new account so he probably just did that to mess with me because I didn't manage to find him a customer fast even though I was trying my best going around my guild members. Also he says no replying but I replied to every single message so he is basically lying and just trying to drop my rating because he didn't manage to get what he wanted.
Also as you can see in the screen he has deleted and blocked me so he clearly doesn't want to talk this out, as he knows himself that his rating holds no basis.
