I have done a few transactions with a guy who sells accounts for a really cheap price on here. He likes to link multiple accounts on sale. He is located on skype as "RiotPoints" (Name is seller) located in "Kanada USA". Here's a screenshot of his skype profile:
While his transactions and deals are not scams - as in, you DO get the account for the price he listed them for...I'd like to let you all know that the accounts he sells are NOT his own. He does not own them and I'm unsure if he has the consent of the people who do own the account.
I bought an account from him and yesterday I got a few emails from riot showing that someone was trying to reset the account pw multiple times. Curious, I figured it might have been the original owner. I googled the username and found this guy who used the same username for nearly all his accounts on the internet (facebook, skype, twitter, steam, minecraft, etc.). So I contacted the guy on skype, talked to him and found out that he did own that league account and that he did try to log in yesterday despite being inactive for a while. He wasn't even aware that he lost his account until yesterday. So I returned it back to him because that's the right thing to do. I can provide proof if needed.
Originally seeing that this guy has been banned made me figure that I shouldn't worry about it anymore. But it appears that he's been ban-evading by creating new accounts and listing his sales threads on multiple forums. Since his prices are very low, I think many people would be interested in his threads. So I'd like to warn everyone before they also buy stolen accounts from this guy. Originally I gave him good feedback because the deal did go through and it was quite a bargain. But I'd like to take it back since it is a stolen account and ultimately unsafe.
