Hey! I believe the "PROOF" section is meant for proofs of account recalling (which I did not do), not proofs of payment. Since you accused me of account recall, could you please provide proofs?
 
Conquor has not contacted me regarding this issue and opened a scam accusation thread directly. They have firmly initiated a narrative that I scammed them knowing that I was not the original owner and without providing any sort of evidence that the account indeed was recalled. Additionally, they tried to settle before the closure of this thread and threatened me with a chargeback. I believe this is very much against the rules of EpicNPC and I would appreciate if the mods could intervene.

I did contact you before opening the dispute, you just didn't answer in time.
And of course I have to contact my bank as I've been scammed, you sold me the account, ergo; it's your responsibility.
You're the one who sold me a risky account in the first place.
I was being nice and offered you to split the loss with me 50/50, if that's an offer you won't accept then that's on you.
I'm only trying to solve this issue in a way we can both be happy with.
 
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
