Had issues from day one with the password changing the following day, I messaged and he set it back thought odd but ok. Tried to login now and even put in a recovery request the account linked to my wife’s email is now inactive or does not exist.

What is the dispute about? The owner recovered the account and is trying to resell it. Looks like the thread was made one day after selling. I paid $150 through PayPal’s friends and family. I’ve bought 5 accounts through this site and this is my first scamming seller. They use multiple versions of the same email [email protected] for their PayPal and [email protected] for the account.

Other proof: in screenshots. He deleted all of this replies and then blocked me then changed his discord ID twice. Again once I reported his account as scamming this morning.


Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread. I have they haven’t responded after 12 hours

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) don’t know. They haven’t replied and my support account has been replaced by the owner.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) the username and reset the password but I couldn’t change the account email address for a while. I think he claimed it was hacked as 0 emails went to my wife’s account following the our finally logging in.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 24 hours but then it worked when I mesaged and he “fixed it” but then took it back the following week I couldn’t logging again.

At this point I’m pretty sure I am out my $150 but I would feel vindicated if they were prevented from being allowed to scam anyone else. I will be contacting CIG and filling them in on the activities and seeing if they could kindly nuke the account since it’s been involved in a money scam at least once. I will also be reporting the account to PayPal for fraud. I likely won’t get any $ back bc it was under friends and family transferred. But they won’t take kindly to @DamagedMask using their services to scam people and will likely terminate the account and red flag your bank account from further use with their services. I have already paid $300 for a safe direct andromeda account from CIG and we’ve been rebuilding the friends list from memory. Side note I am in the nicu and have a bit of down time to make sure all of this is done. I won’t get my money back at this point, and I’ve already taken care of a $300 account for my wife. But I had being abused and will do what I can to prevent you doing it again. CIG will have your email and card numbers and will be made aware of your misuse of their platform.
 
Update CIG replied. they are aware the account has been sold and will be reviewing our records and my screenshots of our conversation and PayPal transfer. The account might be terminated or they will turn it back over to him or us at this point but the account is currently locked and if you sold it to anyone else that’s what happened to your account just fyi

I didnt try to take account back. The game company noticed the ip address it was being played on was far away from my current ip.
 
Maybe he could have messaged me. Thankfully RSI verified the account belongs to us now and has locked it for my wife and I and put in a note the previous owner did in fact send it

doesn’t explain why you deleted every single reply in discord, changed your name in discord and did everything you could to make it impossible to fight to get the account back
 
Thankfully I purchased a lot of things for the account so CIG was able to verify between that and the evidence posted here sufficient proof to return the account.

They wanted proof in my discord messages that I didn't sell the account. Cuz If they did they would have just closed the account completly. Basically they hinted that to me the agent I chatted with.
 
Interesting, bc the agent I spoke with said they could tell the account was sold. @EpicNPC CM and while they don’t normally do this they will reset the account to mine. Leading me to think that agent is fictitious. I can submit the support conversation as proof of our support convo

In the event that evidence of account sharing, sale, or trading has occurred this may effect who retains control of the account or if the account is to be closed.
 
@EpicNPC CM I’d just ask to see the conversation as proof of his story. Thankfully they reset the account to my wife, made us change the security to our app and made an account alert that we bought it and it cannot be reset away from her email. I can only give what my interactions have been and that after he deleted every single reply he gave me and changed his name after asking me for an additional $100 post selling the account suddenly we couldn’t login and looked like the account was relisted for sale. All of those steps made it extremely difficult to prove it was sold. The flip back and forth answers just now regarding wanted proof it wasn’t sold, yeah told him it was when I informed of my convo with support and the follow up they allowed it bc it cost so much *shrug* it’s not my site and I won’t be doing any more purchases through low volume sellers after this experience

Like I said I don't know what's happening, I sold my account to someone I admit that. Here is ID proof to show that the account is and always was mine previously to it being sold.

I've reviewed the activity on the account as well as past correspondence regarding the account. I have also been in touch with the individual in control of the account who has confirmed and sent evidence that the account was sold with payment being sent via Paypal to your email address. Based on this information control of the account will not be returned to you and will remain with the other party.
