alright, so you opened a dispute even though everything was clear in the chat. If further information is needed, I'm available. I'l make a brief text about what happened.

The buyer wanted to purchaes a pen godr eyed subweapon for 300usd. We agreed, and I told him we would do 50/50 (half before, and the other half once he receives the weapon, IN CASE HE DID, just I made clear). I'm clarifying this because the buyer must NOT KNOW how the marketplace works. Once you list a weapon, which I did and I sent the picture of the exact date, it cannot be cancelled (you can't remove the item from the market) until it is listed (it takes 15 minutes for it to be listed & only can be removed if there wasn't a pre order for the same or higher price). Turns out another player LISTED A PRE ORDER AS WELL, we'll call him the COMPETITOR, and who will get the weapon is RNG (if they have an order for the same price) or sold to the highest bider (if the competitor places a higher offer, he will get it). Turns out the buyer lost (rng wise I believe, I didn't see anyone place a higher offer) the bid, and so he lost his chance to purchase the weapon which I listed.

As I explained in the pictures, there is no guarantee that if you place a PO you will get the item, specially for endgame pieces of gear just like that. And I suggested multiple times to use a middleman, and he didn't take my offer to use one because "it was expensive". I was paid to LIST the weapon for him for min price, and he would get a chance to purchase it then. Sadly for him and myself, he lost the bid and I only received 150usd, which is not worth it for me. I would refund him BUT in the process of selling an item you lose a lot of money to taxes, specially if you min-list it. (30b silver lost approx.).

Let the screenshots speak by themselves, the risk was clear, he decided to take it, and I proceeded according to what I explained him.

You do know that you received in-game currency including my money correct? You used a friend to purchase the item and that friend listed up for profit after you both scam me. You both gain while I lost real money as you will not refund. It's obvious how you plan it out since it took you awhile to respond back after I sent the money. Killing two birds with one stone.

you are assuming things that you clearly CLEARLY not have evidence about. I could say the same about you. You made a friend purchase the weapon, paid me 150usd to list it for min price, and then started a dispute to recover the money. Please, don't be dumb.

And yes, I received in-game currency, yet I lost 30b silver. The pact was clear. I post it for min price, and you place an order. If someone else places another one, then you have to compete against him, since you can't do direct trade of items in BDO. And that was clear, I made sure of that, and I explained it VERY WELL on the chat.

If you were unlucky to not get it, even tho I :
- suggested to use middleman to have a 3rd member as evidence of the transaction, and you declined the idea.
- I suggested to do the transaction on a different hour (early in the morning, 4am) so you have no competitores, and yet you also declined it.

It is crystal water clear, the trade was legit and you got unlucky. Anyone who plays BDO would know how the marketplace WORKS, yet you don't, because you asked me "wait you can cancel after it's been que already?" and I replied "I can't cancel it man","it is psoted already. 15 mins since I post it for it to be sold",

You clearly were not informed about how the system works, and you got unlucky with your trade, sadly for you and me.

If you want to do a refund, like you suggested, I can give you this solution. You can grind me the 30b I lost to min list it and taxes, and then I will refund you the 150usd.

I can't just refund it to you because I lost 30b to taxes and min listing it on market, and that is a lot of time and effort for a person like me, who works all day.

Not assuming when you can refund me back easily as I did not receive the item while gain ingame currency with my money. Its obvious you scam and wouldn't refund.

You knew going into this deal that it was a gamble. You lost the gamble and now both seller and buyer have seemingly lost out.
