I clearly posted on the main thread that i wont deliver anything until the payment is received and on my balance so far everything i sold once payment was made and on my balance i delivered the good now in this case probably due to the amount also the payment went on hold from paypal for 24hrs i immedialty warned the buyer that he has 2 options either you wait 24hrs or i immediatly refund him cuz i know it sucks to have the money out and not the items but isntead he went open dispute on paypal for unhautorized access to his account while i clearly offered to refund him cuz what tell me he wont runaway with the item and still open dispute on paypal like he just did , i trusted somehow few weeks ago and ended in this forum reporting the person and loosing 3k$ already not again..

here some proof of what i told him right away and on the paypal pic it clearly show that the payment in on hold

Paypal often can place holds on payments randomly, so this isn't really anyone's fault.

The best way to resolve this is just to close the dispute/money returns to buyer and then you can both move on.

Either way is fine to me I’m just waiting for the dispute to close if I get the money on my balance after that the buyer will decide either he still want the item i will deliver it or if he want a refund
 
Sent a screen shot of the paypal dispute showing that paypal has officially closed. This was sent yesterday and still no response from the seller.

It's also been more than 24 hours and seller is no longer responding to messages.
