Seller refund

Hello, back in october 26 I purchased an account for genshin but recently I was informed that there was a refund request which may lead to my account being lost. Please help!

There might be something wrong with previous account owner.
You can try to contact the seller for an explanation before taking any action. If he doesn't respond, i would sugggest you to go dispute forum and start a thread against the seller who you buy the account from and ask "what's going on etc etc..."
