What is the dispute about?
The seller has reclaimed/recovered the account, changed all recovery options and password settings and totally locked me out. I can no longer log into the account or play the game with this account.

From talking with @reign0221 it sounds like he was not actually the creator of the gmail account, but that he used a gmail account he bought some time ago for a different game, and he rolled the Exos Heroes account on that gmail. I'm not sure how gmail recovery works but I could not recover it, @ARMIK could not and sounds like he can not recover it either with the account recovery system. Not sure if there is any other way to do so, but seems like the original account owner was able to do it somehow? I really just want the account back.

Ok, so I'm not sure who stole this account when, but I'm pretty sure it was definitely hot because when it came up today before I removed it from my device the name of the account had been changed to "IWillFindYou" so....yeah. Hot as fire, lol.

the only way to recover such account would be through contacting the gmail support.


recovery info that is shown on the account now doesn't match neither of the parties', including my info.

the seller bought this account from someone else, and i think the first owner recovered it for whatever reason.

This is the story it was months ago since i bought the gmail attached with a game that i also play. And it was in my phone so when i reroll in exos heroes i used it. Then i got lucky in that account and decided to sell it. So main point is i do buy and sell in fb groups coc, sw, and other games. And that is where i bought the google account. The problem is i do not know if the person i bought it from is also the account creator or what history does he have with the account since its from buy and sell. And it was long time since i was using the email. As you can see in exos heroes there is an event called exos fiesta that you are given 2 weeks to finish the quest. I did not finish the quest thats why the event is already gone from the account even the buyer knows this. So within that 2 weeks plus the time since i bought the account nothing happened. If it is true that someone recovered the account or the first owner i do not know why now. I have the account long time ago. I want to help the buyer get his account back as well. I followed the procedure instructed by the middleman as well.

The transaction was held in this website with an official middleman the account was secured by the middleman and it was played for many days by the buyer. Now the responsibility is within him not me. If i did not deliver the right account or did not follow ALL THE INSTRUCTION from the middleman i can be held responsible all i did was follow the instructions. Why would i be responsible to give a refund and i do not even know what happened to the account? I AM SORRY AS WELL ANGEL YOUR REQUEST IS RIDICULOUS.

how would i know if the account i bought is the original owner i just bought the account how will i be responsible if i already followed what the middleman told me and how would i be sure if its the so "original owner" is the one who get the account back? its easy to fake those you can just add a different number add a different recovery email and post here that it was recalled. I am not born yesterday. Tell me how would you know if the buyer is telling the truth?

Nope the account is within the buyers hand therefore it is his responsibility. And tell me how did you know that the account is really retrieved by the first owner? and the buyer is not lying?
when the buyer bought the account i never mentioned that it will be LIFETIME WARRANTY WHATEVER HAPPENS TO THE ACCOUNT

goodluck with all your ideas but until you can give me a definite proof that the buyer is not lying about the account being retrieve i won't do a thing. Those pictures can be easily done by changing the current phone and email attached.
