Seller has account disabled on site?

Hi, the seller that sold me an account a year ago has his account disabled on this site and has not replied to any of my emails for many months.
Is there any way of contacting the seller? Should I open a dispute?

I have opened a paypal dispute for now - if he replies there I will close it as I am not looking for a refund.
Edit: paypal instantly closed the dispute, I guess it is too old.

Paypal only allows you to dispute up to 6 months after a payment is made. You can open a dispute against the user here and try to get them to reply.
