Know that using bots is not tolerated by pokeMMO obviously, so risk of ban are not 0, but me for my part i didnt have any problem so far. Just do it in a smart way.

All my bots stops when encounter a shiny
- jackpot ( it uses leppo berry so make sure you have plenty )
- 5 time hordes encounters using leppo berries ( i can also do by going to pokecenter -> extra )
i can do custom bots for single encounters
There's also the possibility to send email when it find shiny
