scammed, he stole 100€ to me

That guy just stole 100€ from me.
He is french, so that was easier for me to communicate.
He sent me screenshots on discord, we discussed a bit and then I send the money with a screenshot from paypal.
After that I never replied to me again...
I got fired for economical reason because of the covid-19, I'm quite broke and I was like ok I'm going to buy something just once but I'm so stupid and regret so much...
