A very poor job you had done according to your advert and your quality of service the work you had done was not up to the standard as advertised on your post, I had paid a fairly high price for a job that could be done by anyone that has played the game for a certain amount of time you rejected the service of things I had asked for as you stated that the unit is niche in another aspect of the game hence you do not provide any help with that however the problem lies in how that unit can be used in another area of the game as well and not just the niche aspect of the game , the problem does not stop there I had spend my time and my in-game resource to convert my units to your work and when I had used them in practical they had failed so miserably I felt that my account had regress from a year worth of effort to a freshly made 1 month old account. When I went to confront you of your work you had denied that it was mediocre and it was done professionally, however result speaks for itself when my account had ran 1minute dungeons your work made my team run 2-3min dungeons which made farming inefficient when I went to ask you about why my sub1min dungeon team didn't work ( I had SS that it does) you ridiculed me saying my account wasn't up to par for speedruns when it very well run 100% 1min runs.

I requested a refund as what I had paid isn't what was advertised by a professional, I can lose this debate over my negative feedback but I wish for the world to know who you are.

1 last thing I have been called worse by better people.
