The setup is quite simple, I was attempting to buy a 60 Day Game Card off of secretninja (xxmalignxx on AIM).

I sent him the funds, he sends me a game card, looks pretty good so far. However the game card was already used.

Odd, I tell him about it and ask him if he had sold any cards recently, he said no, when in reality he had responded to a post today that had a card to sell

I assume he gave me the card that he had sold to this person already.

This could be easily solved if secretninja (xxmalignxx) were to give me a VALID game card or to simply refund my paypal payment

Sayton (Nek2151) is a legit Markee member.

Vouching for him unless Secretninja can prove otherwise. What I've gotten from the situation is that Secretninja "accidently" gave him a used Gamecard and can easily rectify the problem.

Hopefully there is a quick resolution.

Just because I posted in a thread about a GC does not mean I sold it.

I believe that I have been setup, I gave you a working gamecard and now you are trying to get away with getting another one, and/or your money back.

What is your definition of a working card? I find it outrageous that you are still trying to keep with this charade.

I really feel that you simply sent me the wrong code mate, If you could just admit to that and give me a valid code than we have no problems.
