The account has season 6-13 GC titles 14 Dunk Master
The Account has Alpha cap, Mothership pros, Aero mage pros, sovereign pros, and emerald pros and white striker octane and full octane set and full solar flare set
It was a top 100 account and is level 1300 and has had all the rocket passes and 5k hours
It has alot of extra steam games

The items are locked because in mid 2019 my account was hacked during the ESL link scams. I have not had a problem with hackers after changing the password.
 
Some background info on why you have multiple high value items trade locked / not tradable might be worth noting in the description bud. (y)

EDIT: Disregarding the item shop & RLCS wheel items for obvious reasons.

No, they are all archived as you can see by the filter, however they are all "Trade Locked". This could mean several things however the common cause is the original account owner claims they got their account "Hacked" and psyonix refunds them by giving them all the items back that were "stolen/ lost" by grading them "trade locked".
This is an issue with accounts as it shows it has activity of reclaims or previously sold, meaning he could've sold the account and then claimed the items back if they were moved off the account at any time.

Chances are the seller just did it with a friend to get duplicate items however it shows the account has a black mark against it as such. (y)

Nothing against the seller that proves ill faith, however he should of at least make people aware of why this is the situation.
