I've started playing since season 2 but wasn't interested enough to get the battle pass, but I did get a couple of skins ; nog ops , red-nosed raider, Reaper (Scythe) and some other cosmetics.
In season 3, I started to really get skins (& cosmetics in general) and I also got all the seasonal battle passes till now (season 9).
I counted all bought cosmetics, and I have 80 in total ; excluding 4 of the $5 bundles and the recent Shadow Legends one ($20) that I've also bought.
I also got Save The World + a good amount of rare items.
I calculated all bought cosmetics, bundles, battle passes and save the world, and I got to exactly $600 spent.
