OK acct, poor and bizarre communication

Seller did not mention that battletag change was used nor did they mention that acct is in a region that can't add balance to pay for name change. I did not ask, but every other seller seems to mention this. When I brought this up to seller, they message bombed me and kept messaging after I asked to stop. Acct OK but slightly unusable, will definitely not do business again.
