Scammer

Basically we agreed the deal, I paid him the money through paypal, he claimed that he has never seen extra charge on fnf, so he said he refunded me and requested me to send him the money again. And he said the refund was hold by paypal and it would arrive by 25/6. He continued talking to me and persuading me to help him and pay him on another account. And even til now(29/6), I have not received the account nor any refund from him. And he had not been responding to my message for 3 days. Scammers, -rep
