My only buying condition is that the account is on EU server AND includes all of the 7 (LE) Limited Edition skins (not the SE) wich are the following:
Pumpkin Spice Petal (LE) = orange pumpkin head
Gift Wrapped Fortress (LE) = golden christmasballs
Winter War Catherine (LE) = white coat
Red Lantern Koshka (LE) = red coat
Killer Bunny Rona (LE) = white/gold coat
Night Shadow Taka (LE) = brown coat
Baewitched Celeste (LE) = black coat
