Honestly you can probably skip Chisa since she's Havoc and this account already has a premium Havoc team so Chisa would be a waste in my opinion. HOWEVER she might be a lifter for Phrolova or just her own DPS. At this time it's to early to tell, and depending when you buy this account you may have to skip Galbrena banner and the next banner if you want to save enough for Chisa.
I pulled for Galbrena because shes Bae, but if you want to abandon Fusion then i suggest just saving for Chisa. getting a new fusion team is just to expensive and not really a big deal since I already cleared Adversary tower with Morteffi and Verina lol so Lupa and the next character isn't even needed for Galbrena and is just a waste of resources, Either way i probably will try to get Lupa to atleast make her fun to use, but i will end up skipping the next banner after her (assuming this account isn't bought before then.)
