Scammer, false advertisement on the Server of the account and wont give the refund and account

I made the purchase to the account that he said and i quote on Asia server, but after I made the purchase it turns out the account cant not be accessed and he also then told me the account was in SEA server, so i ended up paying for an account that cant login and was in the wrong server as he was advertising. After requesting a refund, he has been ghosting me since then.

Paid $52 + fnf fee totalling $58 usd. Lost both money and account.....
