About PvP:
Have all the cards currently in the game.
Have 600k spare green shards (enough to buy all cards from 6~7 next expansion)
All skin/icon/card back from last 5 battle pass.
Can craft and try any deck you need, whether it is for rank climb or testing purposes.

Level: 1560/1560 (all lv30)
Star power: 157/157 (all 3 star)
Epic Relics: 5 (details in pictures below)
Epic slot unlocked: 36/52 different champion (38 epic slots total).
Champion have 2 epic slot unlocked: Elder Dragon & Mordekaiser.
Easily stomp everything in the monthly challenge (proof in pics below), the only thing stopping me from reaching the top in the monthly challenge is not being able to sit and concentrate on playing for 6~8 hours continuously (other players can do it, but I don't).
For people from NA or EU: I can help in the process of working with riot to change the account region, However, I cannot guarantee that Riot will accept our region change request.
