Screenshots resolution seems always to be high

Hello, although I am a newbie, I already read the FAQs and I couldn't find an answer.
Can someone please explain to me how to upload images and screenshots? No matter what I do or what format I use it won't let me upload screenshots showing my in game stats and storage.

Any tips please? I am really struggling!

I know the button but it says that my screenshots are too large to be uploaded due to restrictions. I tried changing them with paint but the resolution will be very bad.
What file sizes are allowed?

Then use imgur.com up then copy paste here.

5 mb is the largest we accept, resolution size does not matter. Just make sure the image is under 5mb

It was 2 or 3MB but will try again soon. Thank you for your help guys
