You need to show proof that you gave zamzam1098 the items and that he didn't give you the account back in return. If you don't have any chat logs to prove this, then we won't be able to do anything.

I cannot retrieve chat logs as the user deleted the conversation.

Those images don't really prove anything. You can enter the wrong password on purpose to generate that error.

Click 'Details' for the Paypal payment so I can see the sellers email address. Once I see proof of payment, zamzam1098 will be required to show proof he gave you the account and you were able to log into it. If he can't show that proof he'll be banned.

I also recommend giving him a negative feedback so he has some added incentive to reply to this dispute.

What do you mean? As I said, the user deleted the messages, so I cannot retrieve them.

I'm not familiar with KiK, it doesn't keep chat logs? A user is able to delete the messages and it will be deleted for both people in the chat?

If that is true, I would recommend to never use KiK for sales. It seems like a horrible chat if a user can just delete messages and there are no saved logs.


Lucky zamzam1098 was banned yesterday and admitted to scamming, so your lack of proof isn't an issue.
