Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Contacted user about his Warships account. Seemed nice enough. Provided screenshots, agreed to all my terms but was not willing to go 100% first. Wanted Amazon gift cards only. Wanted $100 first, then he would give all of the account. Then $150. I sent the $100 Amazon gift card, and he gave me only the correct login and password to the account. The account itself was clearly hacked/wiped clean. Still had the ships unlocked but wiped of money and the ships themselves were all deleted.
Other details / notes: had some playermade chat channels created like "GG noob" "Dont sell your account noob" "GG no refunds"

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Contacted user about his Warships account. Seemed nice enough. Provided screenshots, agreed to all my terms but was not willing to go 100% first. Wanted Amazon gift cards only. Wanted $100 first, then he would give all of the account. Then $150. I sent the $100 Amazon gift card, and he gave me only the correct login and password to the account. The account itself was clearly hacked/wiped clean. Still had the ships unlocked but wiped of money and the ships themselves were all deleted.
