Where did you warn him that this would void your warrant? Where is your warrant? Where is the proof that he resold/traded the priest?

vitaminmawc post the email you received from blizzard that stated the account was perm-banned.

You can simply look at his post history that he was attempting to resell and trade, all over the forums and post, once he did that, and I also did it in PMs, I'm not sure how I can post those, can you look at PMs?

He also never attempted to contact me about the priest being banned, further adding to suspicion, been offline of AIM for days.

Call blizzard Frylock, with the priest account name. its banned, someone disputed something from paypal to that priest account, I even talked to blizzard on the phone about it.

The priest was never sold or traded, it got banned before I could.
Which is good because then i would have to pay back whoever I sold it to , because frylock scammed me it seems.

You cant prove I sold or traded it because I never did, let the mods see if I have any PMs about selling/trading, and you said yourself that I havent been on AIM in days, so how did I sell?

I sent the email proof, am I not a scammer, what more do I have to do.

Frylock569 one thread is hardly spamming. That is all I found, if you know of other threads, post the URLs.

Frylock569 you did not tell vitaminmarc until 7 days after he listed the thread that it would void warranty. That is not how it works, that must be told at the time of trade/sale. So the warranty is not void.

vitaminmarc you are stating the account was perm banned because a $14.99 payment was recalled from Blizzard. Please provide a screenshot of the email you received from Blizzard about the ban.

Its not common sense and I would say unless you're a regular trader, buyer or seller, you probably wouldn't know that. Its like selling someone a watch that's not waterproof and not telling them until after they wash their hands and destroy the watch. You told him 7 days after that he's not allowed to sell or trade it. You can't tell someone they can't do something after they already did it.

I checked, vitaminmarc you never told him via PM you were recalling.

vitaminmarc you are not providing any proof that has been requested multiple times now. How do I know you didn't do something that caused the account to be banned. Post a screenshot of the email you received from blizzard about the account being perm banned. If you are unable to provide this, I'm going to assume you are lying.

I'm going to assume that if the dispute with Paypal is settled, Blizzard might unban the account? Do they do this?

Accounts do not get banned because a payment dispute just locked till the amount is paid
All he needs do is call n pay it I suggest go buy a visa gift card n register it on line to the account oo name

I'm not paying a balance that wasn't me, considering I did not recall a payment, and I am not going to call up and cause it to get banned, vitaminmarc can provide the screenshot then we'll go from there. He has no responded thus yet.
