I sold an account to this guy on August 27th. I haven't heard anything back about it until today when I got an e-mail saying he is doing a credit card chargeback and paypal gave me the option to dispute it. I disputed it and did some looking around for anything to help. I found the thread on mmobay where i sold it, then another thread where i found that he sold it to someone else. He even says on the thread that he sold it. I contacted the guy who bought it and he said that he bought it from this guy and said he'll help me shut this guy down. Here's what I have so far:
Selling to him:

Him selling it:
http://www.mmobay.net/auction_details.ph...p;basic_search=
An e-mail from him claiming that he had the pass changed on him, but "it's all good now".
An e-mail with the guy who bought it saying that he bought it from Shawn Boots, same name (sboots) and same e-mail ([email protected]) on paypal and mmobay.

Is this enough to fight the chargeback?

It's pretty hard to fight the chargeback with paypal.
It's possible, and very common, that the person was using a stolen credit card so this chargeback is protecting the actual owner of the card.
You may however be able to retrieve your game account (which you are entitled to.)
