The person that got banned before is fagotsnpc, and he keeps on creating new accounts on epicnpc, trying to scam me again. Heres a picture...

He changed his discord name from REXri#9871 to PVP_Rici#4365 , but when i added him, its basically the same person.. Lol.
Is there anyway to perm ban people??? why do they keep on making alt accounts.. Thanks...
