Describe how you were scammed: He wanted to do RaF, helped him for his mount and stuff, the deal was he runs me and his character but we did a couple of runs and didnt get anywhere, after a week passed he didnt do anything, and still level 15. I just want my refund. I hate when things like this happen to me this sucks.
Other details / notes: If he refunds me 60 dollars that be good, Also he is banned, dont know why?
