I can confirm that the top user listed (Lucent#0190) in the post is an impersonator posing as the OP Lucent.
I asked them to message me on EpicNPC to verify their identity and they suddenly had something to do.
They tried to offer me a +12 amulet and ghosted me when I told them I verified that the OP is not who the Discord user was.
