What is the dispute about?
Scammer puchased account, got banned for using 3rd party software. Chargeback and pretended he doesnt know what happened, but sent in a support email to the game stating that he was using 3rd party software on a different game at the same time which triggered the ban.
Other details / notes:
After he chargedback, i reclaimed the account and found that he Got banned for using 3rd party software on path of exile while playing bdo and got banned.
