also how did u know about this thread etc as you only have 2 posts ( 1 in his thread calling him a scammer and this thread )

Browsed the forum as a guest and added him on skype, registered after realising it was a scam

It might possibly not be but he instantly blocked and went offline after money was sent and i can see he has scam accusations against him before...

Feel silly now, all you have to do is google "Trade Spitzy" and you can see he's banned from other sites for the exact same thing.

PayPal seems to have dropped the case because you didn't provide enough proof for it to go through, how unlucky.
And with this chargeback you also got my PayPal limited which means i can't send anything.

PayPal denied me to send anything over 0.03$ which was the balance i had before i recieved your money, now i can't send anything and im limited.

To the mods: I've been selling here forever. I don't find this to be my fault as he was the one starting an chargeback on PayPal even though he opened this thread, now im left with an limited PayPal that i can't send anything with, and his chargeback didn't go through because he didn't provide any proof whatsoever to PayPal that i did scam him.

If you find this to be my fault, then so be it, that's your decision not mine.

It is your fault, as soon as you received the money you went offline and blocked me, what possible reason would you have for doing that except if you were trying to get away with the money.

Paypal doesn't limit anything because of that - that's just a lie (i've used paypal for a very long time, i know for a fact you are lying)

I sense you have no intention of giving the money back and are just spinning a nice little story for the mods, just simply answer why you removed and blocked me on skype once i had sent the money

Just answer that question.

I got limited because it was an unverified PayPal, why are you talking trash about stuff you know nothing about whatsoever?
Go fill in another chargeback on PayPal, if i did indeed scam you it should be easy to get the money back?

Notice you didnt answer the one question i asked you, it is very clear what you planned from the start, and ofcourse you will keep the money - there is very little I can do, but i'm sure the moderators have some common sense and will ban you, so i hope it was worth it

Because there is no agreement here paypal can enforce, I sent you money, paypal arent interested in the fact it was a Scam, there would be far too many things for them to investigate and its not worth their time for such a small amount, how about you answer mine now? Why were you so chatty right up until the point I sent you the money, then you vanished, no word from you at all until this thread started (funny that)

But why'd you start a chargeback and this thread?
I would've proceeded to refund/give you the account after this thread.
Now it's your own fault that you failed your chargeback.

You were never going to refund it, and you were never going to hand over the account, you have fortunately been caught out this time and won't be able to catch anyone else on this forum.

Asslicking method to get me banned, nice one.
Ofcourse i would refund since otherwise it would get me banned, but you decided to take the quick way out and instantly chargeback without any proofs whatsoever, guess why you lost the chargeback(?)
I let that part speak for itself.

I did admit to scamming you, but i did also try to make it up to you but you ****ed that part over.
I will have an nice life indeed, i hope you will too.
