Did a bit of research after contacting him. Pretty much obvious scammer:

contact: aim: speedwins23 / skype: dbreezy23
phone: 908 477 1020

alias has -1 rep
both users selling premium accounts at beyond bargain prices and taking payment in forms that offer no buyer protection whatsoever

I have an account that is fresh, I need you to log on it and upgrade it to cataclysm which is $50 dollars

Indeed. You can't just make a new account to escape a negative rating. Speedwins23 will be closed and you'll have to use your main account. If you think your negative rating was unjust you can always dispute it.
