Summary:

I do not think there is much to say or decide here, after you review the screenshots, it is pretty obvious what he is doing.
As a sidenote I would like to mention that he did not login into any of the accounts he posted as I added them all from few accounts. All of them seem to be just inactive profiles he found (one had over 20 and one over 90 days since the last login).

EDIT: Since they are all community banned I assume they were hijacked by him and then blocked by original owners, I found out about bans just few minutes ago as I was posting the links here.

Can you explain where you got his Skype username from? I don't see lauft posting it anywhere or any PMs or chat messages between you. How did you contact him on skype if he never posted his Skype username?

The URL in the chat was just an image showing the inventory for the Steam account umettbro.

He added me and confirmed his ID via chat option on this website, sorry but posting a link like that without any explanation is totally worth a warn... Also is it allowed to sell community banned accounts without mentioning it? Either way it's a scam, even if the link was legit.



EDIT: I am not sure if you are aware but sending supposed pictures with items for trade is the most common way of stealing inventory on steam, so it's pretty reasonable to doubt link like that.
