Just a note, he contacted me on aim then posted in my thread on request, he obviously was using a different aim and is not an impostor due to him being able to post in my thread AND open a transaction on request.

Just to clarify, Tank21990 contacted me on aim, now i realise that PublicEnemyNo1's signiture reads his aim is Tank21900.

My issue is that when i asked Tank21990 to post and open a transaction with me it was done almost instantaneously

Its either him, or he is working with a friend to scam people and should be banned regardless
