Yes there is a way to get him back. If you are the OO you can call blizzard and tell them someone keylogged your account and transferred the character off of the account. The will suspend both accounts and investigate the issue and if you can provide proof of your Identity then you will get it back. If you are not the OO then you will have to convince the OO to help you. That is they only way.
