What is the dispute about? Panos / Panagiotis Efthimiadis contacted us through Email to purchase a Fortnite Skin. He made the payment but it was put on hold / under review by PayPal. We waited 24-48 hours for the payment to clear and then we delivered the digital code. He filed a PayPal claim for "Item not received" the next day. He then writes a 1 star review on our Trustpilot page claiming he received the code only a week after his order was placed. Not sure how that is possible when his order was placed on November 2nd and delivered on November 4th.
