well the only way i would do it. is if you paid me via paypal. and then waited the 3 days it takes to transfer the funds to my bank. only at that point would i realse to you the SQA and account login information.

I would personally say that you should lay down your own guidelines in your sale thread. At that point, you won't even have to waste your time going through a conversation like this because they would already know that how you are looking to complete the transaction.

If they claim that they are paypal verified, ask them for a link to that verification page and an e-mail from their verified address.

You can't really tell if he's going to scam you but It's always best to require a mandatory phonecall no matter who you're dealing with. Even good people do turn sour.

My beleif is: Everyone is a scammer until they prove themselves otherwise.
