Please look at the chineese "Live Messenger" stuff. It means that this E-mail was sended from an Asian person, althought, the guy his IP is United States.
Also I talked to this guy and this is what I got :

None of this proves for 100 % that the guy is a scammer (Because I'm not going to let myself get scammed before alerting a community).
But I'm pretty sure something is not right with this guy, he uses the "dear friend" and sends macro-emails, his english is horrible and refuses to even consider other peyment methods (Which is not a crime, but it only makes you a little bit more suspicious).
So 1 Tip : Handle with care!
