When he claimed that he was an account seller for Playerauctions as his answer, i that found quite hilarious as i am a highly repped member of that community as well. Classic take your paypal money and run, on the phone he wanted me to send in a way that the money could not be taken back.

I was requested to speak to this user, and at first, I would pose as a buyer, but instead I decided to take a no bullshit stance with the scammer in question.

I confirmed that he is indeed selling a Locked account, will not unlock it, and is not the Original Owner NOR plays the game.

I tried explaining to him what was wrong with how he was selling it, and giving him a chance to make things right, but idiots get on my nerves

Ohh and when I state I am in Panorama, but my TWV location states I'm in Europe, I've actually moved here a month ago, and lived in the San Fernando Valley, where the scammer in question lives

You're selling an account locked by a chargeback and has a balance due. As a seller, it is YOUR duty to pay that amount so the account can be access. By having the buyer pay for it with a credit card in a different name than the Original Owner, your looking to get that account banned
