Scammer keep selling same black desert online account and taking over them back

Me and the seller talked via Skype about his black desert account, I was kinda worried but I did asked him a few questions to make sure I'm doing the right thing (Big mistake by me not using middleman).
I asked the seller to write a statement saying that he must provide me with the black desert account details and also the email account since you cannot change the email address in black desert so sellers must provide access to the email account as well.
The seller did wrote this statement, also he wrote that he will not try to take over.
After payment done by me, seller checked his paypal to see if he got the money, once he did he gave me the black desert account details but did not provided the email account details as well. So I asked him to give me the email account details as well but he ignored me, I sent him so many messages but no reply and after a while he deleted me from his Skype account.
After I saw him removing me from his Skype I understood that I was scammed so I went to Paypal and open a dispute about this issue.
I went to the support of black desert to try and change the email address to mine and I saw that the seller already did it many times to different email addresses like it's a method for him.
Seller did reply to the Paypal dispute accusing me for scamming him. I wrote in this dispute many times that I will close this dispute once I will get ownership on the email account as well.
Seller ignored my requests and asked Paypal to escalate this
