After I sent the payment he told me that he has no access to his paypal and then I told him we can solve it by me opening a dispute and I will recall my money back and then send to his new paypal he was happy by that and then he just told me that he got access and he apologized to me I told him I will just close the dispute then, when I woke up I got emails about passwords reseting and that I couldnt login. And he admitted the scam easily.Proof
