Scammer found MMing- AIM:hb1979 Previous scammer/aliases- STORY OF THE YEAR

This guy scammed me early on when I was a rookie trader. Was supposed to be half up front and half after... he never sent the second half. I filed a police report against him and just sort of stopped pursuing it. By pure chance, he showed up again in a MM trade and it was him. I can't find all my old posts on him, but I'll repost the ORIGINAL scam info. He is also on the Markee BANNED list. The first scam took place in June of 2007 and I am posting a copy of emails I sent to my local PD, his local PD and the Internet Fraud. I filed a report as well. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

And to further add to this story.. the person I was trying to protect STILL sold the guy to the scammer! Is this forum going totally insane!!!??!!! After the deal broke down, I was thinking of buying his account since I felt bad the buyer was a scammer and it was a nice Paladin. So much for being helpful!

first, i'd like to ask if he ever did recall his first payment to you?

also, if you fully understood the situation, you'd realize that if he tried to scam me, he wouldn't be gaining anything himself. if he does recall, i'll have the account banned by blizzard, with substantial evidence that i sold it to him.
