Scammer, " firaz "

I got scammed buy this guy called "firaz". I sent him the money first, after he blocked me on Skype, never got my Account.
I was able to track his IP-Adress, so i know the adress where he is living.
I printed the Skype Chat-Log and the detailed Paypal Transaction and i will fill a charge of internetscamming tomorrow. If anyone got scammed by this guy, please contact me and you can make a statement to the police and get your money back.
