I contacted the seller through Skype and we agreed upon a price and payment method (225 / Paypal Gift). I said I wanted a MM before we completed the trade, and he said several times that I "Could trust him" and that we "didn't need a MM". However, I told him I would not trade without one.
Spaceboys joined the Skype chat to be our MM. I paid him. He asked the seller for his information, at which point the seller said he could not find the original email address for the account. The MM asked him for a copy of his ID then, since sending a Paypal gift is risky in that circumstance. The seller refused initially, then agreed when he was told the alternative would be me sending my ID (which I said I had no problem doing, and have done before) and instead sending the payment as a normal Paypal payment.
The seller then said he had 5 other people interested in the account, and backed out of the deal. I asked him to pay me back the MM fee money that I had spent, since I was not the one who broke our agreement. He then said that I should just recall the payment I made to the MM, at which point I said that the MM had done his job and was entitled to the MM fee whether or not the deal went through. He asked me what type of payment I sent to the MM and if it was refundable.
His account name on EpicNPC is Feelix122, Skype is Feelix1225 and the account for sale is Peridon on NA.
