Purchased the package for carrack $235 promotion discount on New Year (02/01/2021). Saw the account was not login for almost a week so i login to check progress. Checked account on the 13th but found no progress. Messaged seller and was told they will rush my order. On the 26th i login still no real progress only completed 2 quests that takes 10 min to complete. Asked for the reason for no progress but seller went silent, i requested for explanation but never gotten a reply and i requested a refund but never gotten a reply.
