Describe the problem:

This buyer is scammer, created a dispute in paypal and latter in another epic-dispute said that it will close the dispute, until now it's still open the dispute in paypal and only tells lies like: having an emergency familly and latter that day buys another account, at one moment after asking several times for screenshots of "not showing NA server" finally admited the servers are NA, That the dispute was close but showed screenshots of an old case, etc. Only lies about this user
