The buyer that has recently bought my genshin impact account said there is a limit with his/her visa debit transaction and it got reset everyday at 7 pm pst, but it's been 6 days since the last time he/she paid, sometimes he/she even logged in and online on the epicnpc and discord but didn't even responded to any of my messages
