If Trade Guardian was used, please go to the Trade Guardian > History or Active Transaction page and click the "Report" button. Someone will then join the chat and investigate your claim.

Buyer and I/Seller tries to gain a mutual trust. The buyer then convinced me to go in first and deliver the account since I don't have a feedback/no rating.
The buyer secured the account in 40 minutes and told me he was sending the payment to Paypal. It's been around 33 hours now that I don't have a response from him or the payment.
I asked a user with whom he had transacted before, KyubiMaru, who also had a case of no response/too long to respond and ended up with a cancelled trade.
